Shipping Policy

Delivery in France, free from 65€ of purchase. Delivery is provided by Colissimo, so you will receive your products within 72 hours if the products are in stock. For any order for which the purchase amount is less than €65, a transport package of €4.90 will be applied.

Exchange and Refund Policy

You have a period of 14 working days, upon receipt of your products, to withdraw from your purchase or make a complaint. In this case, please send us your request via the contact form, specifying the number of your order as well as the reasons for your request (exchange or refund), and we will contact you. Do not hesitate to attach photos to your request to better assist you in your complaint.

If you wish to be reimbursed, the products must be returned, at your expense, within 14 working days, in their original condition (packaging and product intact). If the previous conditions are met, you will then be reimbursed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned order (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
